buRm — be youR mechanic is an Ireland-based service that gives everyday drivers a fighting chance when something goes wrong with their car. Most people walk into a garage with no idea what's wrong, and walk out paying for things they didn't need. We're here to fix that.

What we do

We sell a plug-and-play OBD2 scanner (€40, shipped across Ireland) that reads the diagnostic codes from your car. Pair it with our free AI-powered diagnosis tool on this website, and you'll get a plain-English explanation of the problem, an estimated repair cost range, and the right questions to ask your mechanic.

Who we are

buRm is operated as a sole trader by Ravinder Pal Singh, based in Ireland. We started this because we were tired of watching friends and family get overcharged for repairs they didn't understand.
